Lake Como Assistance is set up by Sonja de Nooij, who is your contact if you need assistance in finding your second home, a permanent home, or investment property on Lake Como. We are no real estate agency but over the years we have built up a solid local network.

In collaboration with local partners, Italian and international real estate agents, and an extensive network of professionals, we can advise and assist you in your language, to find your dream property on Lake Como.

Further, we can offer post-purchase services such as converting utilities, requesting quotes from local contractors and companies for the finishing or renovation of the property, for the landscaping and maintenance of your garden and we can put you in touch with local furniture shops or artisans for kitchens, furnishing, accessories, and decoration.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, but living in Italy since 1989, Sonja knows the area, the customs, and the Italian way of negotiating. Often the foreign language proves to be an obstacle between the parties, you can be assisted in Dutch, English, and Italian, without any language barriers.
